YES! Every feature and new development for DOMS is included in your license. However, if there are features you do not need, we are happy to hide them as part of your customization consultation.

Every license for DOMS is unique based on the firm’s needs and budget. Our pricing is geared to be budget-friendly for small to medium sized firms. During our consultation, we will assess your needs and propose an agreement.

DOMS uses the highest level data encryption via AWS S3. Additionally, your data is never stored in the same database as any other firm’s so it is completely isolated and yours to access.

We know many times you will use vendor’s software or other third-party applications to store data such as registrations and submittal logs. We believe it is imperative to store this information in your own database in case it needs to be retrieved in the case of an audit or other record request.
